Lincoln Movie Review
This is a movie every American should see. Lincoln the movie takes us through a brief yet indescribably important moment in American history and Daniel Day-Lewis comes through big, with an Oscar worthy performance. This movie is not a life story of Abraham Lincoln, however it does perfectly capture his well documented anecdotal story telling ability, witty humor, uncompromising leadership and patriotism. This is a must see movie for anyone who loves American history or America.
One current note, I personally felt that this movies release date purposely followed the presidential election as it may have reminded the people of this country that a long time ago, it was the Republican Party fighting for the abolition of slavery against the Democrats.
