Ever want to threaten someone on tv because you don’t like what they have to say? I recommend you DON’T unless you don’t mind spending the next decade behind bars. A Muslim man was sentenced to 11.5 years today for threatening the writers at South Park after their depiction of the Prophet Mohammad. Sure the South Park writers piss a lot of people off, but people, even religious fanatics need to understand that this is satire and not a threat to god or their religion. I know lots of people are afraid to make comments or jokes about the Muslim religion or depict them negatively in movies, but we have to remember that Muslim radicals like this guy make up less than 1% of the entire Muslim population and that events like this should not represent Muslims as a whole.
